UNOPS first to publish geocoded project information in the IATI format

UNOPS (United Nations Office for Project Services) has become the first organisation to publish fully geocoded information about its activities in the International Aid Transparency Initiative (IATI) open data format. This move comes as an effort to support use of development funds more efficiently.

CAFOD open up their data with IATI

The Catholic Overseas Development Agency (CAFOD) have become the latest NGO to publish their data to the International Aid Transparency Initiative (IATI) standard.

CAFOD, the official Catholic aid agency for England and Wales, works to reduce global poverty. They have over 500 partners in more than 40 countries worldwide.

UNICEF are latest to commit to IATI

Congratulations to UNICEF, who yesterday announced their decision to become the 29th signatory to the International Aid Transparency Initiative (IATI). They join four other UN agencies who are signatories of IATI: UNDP, UNOPS, UNHABITAT and UNCDF.
